Principles

1. Frame

We sign a framework agreement — this is the basis of T&M, defining the general system of rules and restrictions, the principles by which we work together.

Specific contractual work and services are described in plans and annexes.

2. Team

The team is formed for you and at different stages the right people join in: analysts, designers, developers and others.

Once a month or quarter, a work plan is created and agreed upon and the projected number of hours needed by specialists, their cost.

3. Report

At the end of the period provide a report on the work done, the actual number of hours spent and the final cost.

The discrepancy between the plan and the actual is no more than 20%. If everything is in order, we sign a statement and settle up. And so every month.

4. Results

If the result you have achieved is sufficient and you want to suspend work, no new plans are created.

The contract can be renewed in the future. This is convenient: there is no need to go through all the circles of approval by the client and the contractor all over again.
